Enrollment Agreement

I, the undersigned, have read, understood, and agree to the Financial Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Additional Information as outlined in the Financial Terms and Conditions Webpage at https://tk202.org/financial-terms-and-conditions. I acknowledge receipt of a copy of this agreement and understand that this document supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements. This agreement may not be modified without written agreement from both the student and the School Official. If I default on this agreement, I will be responsible for any collection fees or attorney fees incurred by Teaching Kitchen 202 (TK202).
